What You'll Do

Create and deliver engaging, standards-based lessons that inspire student learning.
Foster a positive, inclusive classroom culture that promotes academic and social-emotional growth.
Differentiate instruction to meet the diverse needs of all learners.
Assess student progress and use data to guide instructional decisions.
Maintain effective classroom management and encourage positive student behavior.
Collaborate with fellow teachers, administrators, support staff, and families to promote student success.
Prepare students for grade-level expectations while encouraging curiosity, creativity, and confidence.
Maintain accurate student records and comply with school and state requirements.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field.
Valid Ohio Teaching License appropriate for elementary education.
Previous elementary classroom teaching experience preferred.
Strong classroom management, communication, and organizational skills.
Passion for helping elementary students achieve academic and personal success.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented school environment.
